By focusing on results through relationship, I’ll help you to mobilize everyone’s energy in service of something BETTER. I am a master user of the WE-Q Profile Assessment, an evidence-based tool that helps individuals and team to understand how they operate under stress, in conflict, and in relationship.

My Role

My “roll up the sleeves, tell it like it is, and get it done” style is built on a track record of leading successful, large-scale change initiatives in senior leadership roles at Frito Lay Canada (now Pepsico Canada), The Forzani Group Ltd., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Today, I manage my own leadership coaching and training practice and create learning experiences that truly change the way my clients lead, learn, and live. I am a proud faculty member of Canada’s Pursuit program for Olympic and Paralympic coaches and technical sport leaders in the Canadian sport system. I have served as a Leadership Performance Coach to many sports and sport leadership teams since 2017.
